Even though a doula is not a medical professional, I can help you find the information you need to make informed decisions and feel confident each step of the way.

Birth is such a powerful and vulnerable moment in life. My goal is for you to feel safe and as comfortable as possible in this precious moment. I work to equip you to make the best decisions you can. I want you to be left with beautiful memories of your strength and knowledge that you made all the best decisions you could.
