Standard Package
2 prenatal visits
We will meet twice prior to your due date in order to prepare for your birth. I will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your upcoming birth and postpartum time, address concerns, build confidence, and discuss what you would like your birth to be like. I can also assist you in creating your birth plan if that's something you'd like help with. I am here to be a support to you and so this will be our chance to get comfortable with each other and for me to fully understand what you want your birth experience to look like.
Support through active labor and delivery
As your due date approaches I will be on call to join you when you are in active labor. As labor progresses I will be there each step of the way to bring comfort, support, and to assist you in advocating for the birth you want. This will be your time to shine and I will be there to lift you up and help you adapt to whatever situations may arise. This can include anything from helping you think of positions to try, rubbing your back, getting water, helping you think of questions to ask the doctor or nurses, and more, it all depends on what you need in the moment.
1 postpartum visit
Once you have given birth I will come to you to check in and see how you are doing. This will be our chance to process the birth together. I can once again help you with any questions and concerns you have for your postpartum time so you can begin this next stage feeling ready for what comes next.
